Jessica joined Max Irons, Sam Claflin, Douglas Booth and Holliday Grainger in London to promote their new movie The Riot Club yesterday, she looked chic in a white jacket, patterned blouse and skinny jeans with court shoes, while styling her brunette hair in centre-parted natural waves.

The story follows a prestigious dining club at Oxford University – based upon the infamous Bullingdon Club that boasts prominent Tory politicians Prime Minister David Cameron and Mayor of London Boris Johnson amongst its alumni. Irons plays Miles Richard, a member of The Riot Club who quickly becomes disillusioned with the group after their bullish behaviour goes too far one night after they rent out a country pub for a private dinner.

Jessica plays the waitress and daughter of the pub landlord, while Holliday is Miles’ ‘common’ love interest.

Certainly Max, Douglas, Freddie Fox and Sam Reid have some idea of the private education system their characters came from having all attended public/independent school in some form or other.

Though Booth says his experience of school was nothing compared to that he witnessed when visiting Eton College with co-star Sam and director Lone Scherfig.

‘We sat down with an 18-year old, even there you feel the sense of class and elitism,’ the actor told Collider.

He also explained that once they had the background of their pompous parts down, the group of upcoming actors found other ways to make sure their bond was easily recognisable on screen.

‘We went paintballing together, went for dinners and parties to make sure we all had great chemistry and I’ve come away from it with great friends.’

The Riot Club is out on Friday September 19

Jess Brown Findlay can be seen alongside Max Irons, a member of the infamous Riot Club – inspired by Oxford’s real-life Bullingdon Club which counts Prime Minister David Cameron and Mayor of London Boris Johnson among its past members.

Irons stars in The Riot Club – a new film based on Laura Wade’s award-winning stage play Posh – which has released its first full trailer also featuring Douglas Booth (Noah), Freddie Fox (Parade’s End) and The Hunger Games’ Sam Claflin, as well as Downton Abbey’s Jessica Brown-Findlay, Holliday Grainger (Great Expectations) and Game of Thrones actress Natalie Dormer.

Directed by Lone Scherfig (An Eductation) and set at Oxford University (“where rich kids first taste power”), the film charts the course of one riotous evening gone bad for this crop of young, spoilt-rotten students.

The Riot Club will hit Cinemas on September 19th 2014.
